Michael Saucier
President and Founder

Michael Saucier is President and Founder of Gulf States Real Estate Services companies that include full real estate development and construction divisions. His drive, vision and knowledge of the development process and project management expertise, as well as his business/governmental contacts have contributed to the creation and success of major projects in the Gulf South. He has made Gulf States Real Estate Services one of the premier real estate development, brokerage, property management, and construction/project management firms in the Gulf Coast Region of the United States. Mike has served as a board member on The State of Louisiana Economic Development Corporation under Governors Blanco and Jindal. Mike is Gulf States qualifying Broker of Record and also possesses licenses in residential and commercial construction fields. Mike is also a founding member of the Northshore Business Council.

Robert "Terry" Blackwell
Realtor

Robert “Terry” Blackwell is a Louisiana licensed realtor, specializing in commercial brokerage and real-estate development projects at GSRES. Terry is a former commercial banker, having graduated from LSU Banking School of the South, as well as former Corporate CFO. For 15 years, prior to joining GSRES, Terry was the President and Partner in an 8 State proprietary school company. In that role he was responsible for site selection, acquisition, lease negotiations and construction. Past civic and professional contributions includes the Presidency and long term Board Member of the Hammond Chamber of Commerce as well as Secretary/Treasurer of the Tangipahoa Parish Home Mortgage Authority.

Jason Reibert
Vice President

Jason Reibert is a Vice President at Gulf States Construction Services. Jason’s responsibilities include organizing and managing resources in a way that the project is completed within a defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. He works directly with the owners, contractors, engineers, architects, and city building officials on a daily basis. Jason is a graduate from Louisiana State University with a B.S. degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Jason possesses the leadership skills to handle this important position within the Gulf States organization.

Rachel Gomez
Sales/Marketing Director

Rachel Gomez is the Sales/Marketing Director.  Rachel is responsible for all marketing, advertising, and public relations for Gulf States.  Rachel’s efforts are focused on expanding customer and client relations.  She is involved in the preparation and planning of groundbreakings, grand openings, and other special events.  Rachel is also responsible for maintaining the website and other social media sites and coordinates with the IT Consultants.

Amanda Owens
Director of Corporate and Project Accounting

Amanda Owens is the Director of Corporate and Project Accounting. Amanda’s responsibilities include financial tracking of project cost and working with lenders to expediate information and documentation for commercial project developments as well as preparing weekly, monthly, and annual corporate cash flow analysis. She also maintains lender accounts for Gulf States Real Estate Services and its various subsidiaries.

Amanda joined Gulf States in 2003 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University.  She resides in Loranger with her husband and two daughters.
